How do I become a Donelan Property franchisee?

Step 1. Contact us to receive a free prospectus that covers the finer details of becoming a Donelan Property franchisee.  

Step 2. Read through the prospectus. If you like what you see, we’ll arrange a chat so we can assess whether we’re a good fit for each other and answer your initial questions. All our initial conversations will be over the phone and then via Zoom.  

Step 3. If we feel that we’re right for each other, we’ll give you a confidential Franchise Information Memorandum (FIM) which explains our unique operating methods, complete with a projected profit and loss covering the first 3 years of your franchise.

How do I make money?

Initially, you will make money through lettings by bringing on more landlords with properties to manage. For the first year the focus is on lettings to increase your passive income element of the business, after that you will be able to source properties for clients. By bringing on clients looking specifically to buy investment property, and selling the service to existing landlords, you will source properties for these clients and charge them a % of the purchase price. We'll provide you with all the tools you need to launch your business, giving you the freedom to fully reach your potential and thrive right from the start.

Will I have the time to become a property franchisee?

The start is mostly networking to build up the business so the more networking you can do, the more successful your business will be. Initially, we recommend putting in at least 20 hours a week, however, we are looking for individuals who would like to make this their full-time job.
