Letting & management services
We offer three levels of service, each designed to suit different types of investors and each requiring different levels of landlord involvement:
Full management
(12% of rent)

Similarly to how we calculate property values, we look at comparable properties in the area which are currently on the market, as well as using our knowledge of other nearby properties that are already tenanted.

Our allowances for works are estimates and we always recommend the client gets quotes for the required works before a purchase completes. We can arrange accurate quotes for you through Donelan Maintenance, our reputable, tried-and-tested maintenance service if required.
This depends on the location and type of the property. For example, you wouldn't look to rent to students if there was no university/college nearby. The most important thing to know is that when you buy with Donelan Property, you don’t need to worry about this. Our lettings and management service will take care of finding tenants on your behalf.
